Pre-saturated Wipes
Pre-saturated wipes are made with a cleanroom cloth or non-woven fabric base, saturated with a cleaning solution of 70% isopropyl alcohol (IPA) and 30% ultrapure water. They feature low particle emission, lint-free performance, and no ionic residue. They quickly remove oil, dust, fingerprints, and flux residue from precision surfaces. They are widely used in semiconductor manufacturing, electronics assembly, PCB production, optical lens cleaning, laboratory operations, and medical device maintenance.
